	Mute, Hold Features During the calling, press MUTE key to mute the sending, so the other party can't hear anything. Press MUTE key again to resume the Mute mode. Also you can use HOLD key to place the current caller on HOLD mode if there are some other issues but don't want to give up the call, to use HOLD key to hold the call is the best choice. When using a two-line model, one line is talking and there is a new call coming to another line, if the user wants to pick the new call, he can press HOLD key to hold the talking line, the line can't hear each other. When finishing the new call, press HOLD key again to continue the talking, which you hold at first.
